Grade 2 titanium tubes are made of commercial pure titanium or unalloyed titanium. The level 2 content is standard oxygen. ASTM B861 gr2 titanium pipes are easy to weld. It also has excellent strength and ductility. Most of them are used in industrial standards, and the cost is very high due to raw material costs and production costs. Commercially pure CP 2 grade titanium tube contains more than 99% titanium. They can be cold drawn into grade 2 titanium alloy seamless tubes, or they can be formed by hot rolling. And because of their high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion rate and high oxidation resistance at high temperatures, they can remain intact.
