Our forging capabilities encompass a variety of methods, including open-die, closed-die, and high-precision isothermal forging. For different customized titanium forging requirements, we can flexibly utilize α-β forging or β forging processes to optimize toughness, fatigue resistance, or high-temperature performance.

Our core forging equipment includes a 7,000-ton high-speed forging mill (officially put into operation in 2023), a 2,500-ton high-speed forging mill, and a 25Mn high-speed forging mill. These forging facilities enable TSM Technology to manufacture large-size titanium forgings with consistent mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy and reliable production efficiency.

Precision ring rolling capability: We possess a 2.5-meter CNC ring rolling mill, specializing in the production of high-precision, streamlined titanium alloy ring forgings, suitable for key components such as aerospace engine casings and bearing housings.
