1. Hot-rolled titanium plate

Titanium thick plate is the basic production process such as heating - rolling - hot straightening - heat treatment - interruption - straightening - descaling - pickling, etc. According to the requirements of the surface, it is processed, and if it needs to be polished, it is polished with an emery cloth belt.

2. Hot rolled titanium coil

The hot-rolled titanium strip uses the same titanium slab as the thick plate as the raw material. The oxygen diffusion layer generated when the titanium slab is heated will cause defects in the plate during cold rolling, and it needs to be removed before cold rolling; therefore, from the yield, surface In consideration of quality, the thinner the thickness of the diffusion layer, the better.

For this reason, the setting of the heating temperature of the hot-rolled titanium coil should be as low as possible under the condition that the stable rolling can be ensured and the coil can be made into a strip.

The technical progress of hot-rolled titanium coils is mainly to discuss the most suitable heating conditions (temperature, time, air ratio, etc.) to thin the oxygen diffusion layer; the transformation of fixed parts (rails, etc.) to prevent the titanium strip from connecting with the fixed parts Scratches (rails, etc.). In the future, it should be transformed as a special equipment for titanium hot rolling to further inhibit the growth of the oxygen diffusion layer, prevent scratches more effectively, and improve the quality of the strip.

3. Cold rolled titanium plate

Cold-rolled titanium plate is made of hot-rolled titanium coil (thickness is 3mm~6mm, width is 600mm~1600mm, and the quality of single coil is below 10t) as raw material.

The general production process is atmospheric annealing, phosphorus removal, surface defect removal, cold rolling, cleaning, vacuum annealing, temper rolling, orthotic, finishing (slitting, plate shearing, etc.). Or replace the above cleaning and vacuum annealing process with atmospheric annealing to remove phosphorus.

In recent years, the technological progress of cold-rolled titanium plate is mainly manifested in four aspects;

Scale removal; cold rolling process; annealing process; skin pass rolling and finishing technology.

At present, the annealing methods of cold-rolled sheets are as follows: (1) Vacuum annealing. (2) Atmospheric annealing. (3) Continuous annealing in vacuum atmosphere.
