Titanium Grade 7 Seamless Tube & pipes
There are two types of titanium tubes: one is extruded type, called seamless titanium tubes, and the other is welded type, called welded titanium tubes. Extruded titanium tubes include cold-rolled tubes, spun tubes and drawn tubes. Most titanium extrusions are cold-finished blanks, but they also include some finished products such as hot extruded tubes, profile parts, sections and composites.
There are two main ways to produce titanium billets: one is the drilling extrusion process, which has high metal loss and complex cladding extrusion process, so its cost is relatively high, but the tube wall thickness is uniform; the other is the oblique rolling and piercing process, which has low metal consumption, but the thickness tolerance of the billets is relatively large. When the specifications are single and the batch is large, the production of titanium pipe billets by oblique rolling and perforating method can obtain better economic benefits.

Q 1: Can you provide a sample for testing the quality? Is it free of charge?
A: Yes, It’s no problem for us to provide a sample free of charge for your testing, but the freight cost will be paid collected.
Q2: How I can believe your quality?
A: The finished products always be checked by our worker one by one. And normally our QC will take a small part from the bulk goods to test in our laboratory which belongs to Baoti Group to test the goods and we’ll send you the MTC for your checking. And we can send our a small part of our goods to a third testing party for testing if you required.
Q3: How you guarantee your delivery time?
A: we have most of goods in stock, so it only need to cut the size to your required size. For the products we don’t have in stock, we also have titanium ingot in stock and we always ask our factory to keep us updated regarding the production situation.
Q4: What’s your payment term?
A: T/T, L/C and Western Union are acceptable for us.
