Titanium Grade 11 Plate has similar physical and mechanical properties to CP Grade 2 titanium plate. Since it contains 0.12% to 0.25% palladium, it becomes an alloy plate. It has enhanced corrosion resistance in the crevices and reduces the acid chloride environment. Titanium Grade 11 plate has good ductility and cold formability, as well as excellent workability.

For some thick titanium plate the Rolling tech is Hot Rolling,while for titanium plate less than 3mm inlcuding 3mm the surface are cold rolled.
Some customer only require mirror surface never considering that some thicker plate can not make mirror surface subjected to current Rollong technology and process.
