Ti 6AL4V GR5 Titanium Alloy Foil is made of titanium alloy. The composition of the titanium alloy contains 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, carbon, nitrogen, iron, hydrogen and oxygen. 6AL4V GR5 titanium alloy foil is the most used of all titanium grades. Ti 6AL4V GR5 titanium alloy foil has good ductility, light weight, corrosion resistance, and good workability and weldability. 90% of the titanium in the composition is responsible for corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties. The material is a two-phase alloy. It has α and β phases in the crystal structure. The material can be used under annealing or solution heating conditions.
