Ti-3Al-2.5V titanium alloy bar is a medium-strength α+β titanium alloy engineered to bridge the gap between commercially pure grades and higher-strength alloys like Ti-6Al-4V. It offers a unique combination of elevated mechanical strength, exceptional corrosion resistance and strong formability, making it a versatile choice for engineering applications that demand both performance and ease of fabrication.

Titanium 3al-2.5v Bar has medium strength that falls between Grade 4 and Grade 5. It has excellent corrosion resistance and is used in Aerospace and Industrial applications. Compared with standard commercially pure titanium, this alloy exhibits 20–50 % higher strength, yet remains easier to cold-work and weld compared with many high-strength titanium alloys. Grade 9 Titanium can be used at higher temperatures than Grades 1 through 4. Grade 9 titanium has good cold rolling properties.
